In a class I have more than 1000 documented methods.

I am looking for a way to create category in order to add a level into the treeview.

IE:

namespace\class\methods\category 1\ method 1

namespace\class\methods\category 1\ method 2

namespace\class\methods\category 2\ method 1

namespace\class\methods\category 2\ method 2

...

It is possible ?

I'm afraid that this isn't possible at the moment but we will log it as a feature request for implementation in a future update / release.
