Subscription

Several of our products are available for purchase with a subscription option. Purchasing with subscription entitles you to a priority support response and free updates for a year plus a guaranteed free upgrade to the next major release, even if that should fall outside the subscription period.

If you hold a subscription license, make sure you include the subscription number in your support request.
